Dutchfood.com sells Dutch products to expats and emigrants in a web-shop. We distinguish ourselves from the other existing web-shops with the following:
We offer a limited amount of products to keep the shop transparent for the clients. Overall, these are products that are not or hardly available outside The Netherlands.
A deli-shop is part of the assortment with real fresh and fine products.
We don’t have special offers, but a everyday low price offer for each product.
If a product is not available when you order, we will send you an equivalent product, for the same price of course.
Your order will be handled as soon as your payment with your credit card is processed by PayPal, an international operating and reliable internet pay-system. Then you’ll receive your order number. We’ll do our outmost to send out your order as soon as possible. Your order will be delivered by TPG-Post, you can choose for standard or priority delivery.
Your order will be put in double layered boxes to prevent delicate products from breaking during transport. The weight of this box and handling costs will be added at the end of your bill.
Within the E.U. no custom fees or tax will be raised. Outside the E.U. the customer is responsible for import fees in his or her country.
Complaints in case of breaking, damage or wrong products have to be reported within 2 days at www.info@dutchfood together with your order number.
Dutchfood.com is not responsible for circumstances caused out of her reach, such as for example packages that haven’t been delivered by TPG-Post or held by customs and in that case we will refer to superior force.
